We ship FREE in the lower 48.

(Sorry HI, AK & Puerto Rico shipping can’t be free - boats, borders and icy tundra cost extra)

FREE CURBSIDE DELIVERY POLICY: All Svago.com orders that select “curbside delivery” at checkout will ship by ground freight, arriving 7-10 business days after the order has been processed, unless otherwise noted. The Svago chair(s) will be dropped off at the customer’s address, boxed and unassembled. Minor, easy product assembly will be required.


Free shipping is only applicable inside of the United States, not including Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico. Additional charges will apply for these shipments. Additional charges may apply if you are located 50 miles or more from a major metropolitan area or in a remote area per the carrier, but we will contact you within 48 hours of your order date if this is the case.

 

ORDER PROCESSING: Orders placed Monday through Friday will be immediately prepared for shipment. Order preparation takes 1-3 business days. You will receive an email with shipping information within the 1-3 business days after your order is placedFor orders placed on the weekends we will process them within 1-3 business days starting Monday. For orders placed on holidays or weekends, your order will be prepared on the next business day. 

If the credit card address and shipping address do not match, we will reach out to the customer for verification. A response must be received within 10 days, or the order will be canceled.

AVERAGE SHIPPING TIME IS 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS after order has been processed*.  

Note: When billing and shipping addresses do not match, it’s our policy to send you a document to verify your address.


How address verification works:

  1. We will contact you within 48 hours of your order.
  2. We will send you a document to sign electronically.
  3. You fill out, sign and return the document.
  4. Once info is verified we will ship right away.

SHIPPING TIME STOP REQUEST
If you have to request a "time stop" from the delivery team (requesting the chair to be delivered between a certain time or time frame), you will be required to pay the extra fee the delivery company is charging.

TRACKING: We will email you tracking information within 1-3 business days after your order has been prepared for shipment. If you haven’t received your tracking number within this timeframe and you’ve double checked your spam folder for it, please email us at sales@svago.com or call us toll free at 1-844-697-8246.

Free shipping is nice, but what’s even nicer?

Threshold Delivery

 

When you select Threshold Delivery at checkout, you're choosing our premium service, ensuring your Svago chair is delivered with care. Our delivery team will bring your chair right to your doorstep and place it just inside the entrance of your home or building, surpassing standard curbside delivery practices.

 

With threshold delivery, the delivery personnel will bring the Svago chair inside the threshold of your home, such as the front door or garage entrance, but they will not carry it further into your home or unpack it. 

 

Note: Should you return your Svago chair during the 30-day trial period, we are unable to refund the Threshold delivery fee. This additional service is provided by a third-party service and is therefore non-refundable.

 

In-Home Delivery & Assembly


When you select White Glove Delivery at checkout, you’re signing up for our In-Home Delivery & Assembly service. We take care of it all: unpacking, setup and assembly, and putting your new Svago chair exactly where you want it.

 

IN-HOME DELIVERY & ASSEMBLY SERVICE DETAILS:

Select “In-Home Delivery & Assembly" at checkout starting at $399.99. Your Svago chair will ship ground freight and be delivered between 7-14 business days, unless otherwise communicated. A third-party delivery company will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery appointment once they receive the chair. It takes up to 7 business days after receiving the confirmation email for the White glove delivery for the delivery company to call and schedule the delivery.


Delivery includes two team members bringing your new Svago chair wherever you want it in your home. They will unbox, assemble, and set up your Svago recliner and even remove the trash if you want. Once they’ve completed their work, before you sign to accept delivery, make sure to test out your chair to ensure it’s fully functioning and that you are happy with it’s placement once fully reclined.

Note: Should you return your Svago chair during the 30-day trial period, we will not be able to refund the in home delivery and assembly fee. This added service is performed by a third-party service and is therefore non-refundable.


KEEP THE BOX FOR THE FIRST 30 DAYS:

Please keep the box and all packaging during the first 30 days after you receive your chair. We cannot accept returns if the product is not in it’s original packaging. See our return policy for more information.
